Two Glovo stores, one single house
Crusthy'lia is a café, restaurant and artisan bakery in Targa, Marrakech. Because our kitchen and our bakehouse run to different rhythms, we chose to open two separate Glovo stores rather than one catch-all menu: each one puts forward what it does best.
The first, Crusthy'lia restaurant on Glovo, brings together our lunch dishes: oven pizzas, burgers, wraps, salads, pasta. The second, Crusthy'lia bakery on Glovo, showcases the work of the bakehouse: viennoiseries, breads, and our sweet treats.
In practice: if you fancy a full lunch, open the restaurant store. If it's a breakfast, an afternoon snack or an order of viennoiseries, go through the bakery store. Both deliver from the same address, the same team, the same standard.

What travels well (and what we cook for it)
Not everything arrives in the same state after ten minutes on a scooter. We've learned to look at our menu through the lens of delivery, and some families of dishes are made for it.
The pizzas come out of the oven, leave immediately, and hold their crunch. The burgers and wraps travel in packaging that keeps the bread firm and the filling in place. The pastries and viennoiseries handle the trip perfectly — delivery actually suits them best.
A few habits help us deliver right: the sauces travel separately so they don't soak the bread, the fries and crisp elements are packed apart from what's hot and moist, and the desserts go in their own container. None of this changes the taste — it's simply what it takes for your order to arrive as if you were sitting at our table.
On the restaurant side
Our pizzas are baked to order, never reheated. The wraps (cordon bleu, crispy, mexican, tuna, mixed) are rolled tight so they don't come apart on the way. And for the really hungry days, the house burger remains our safe bet to take away.
On the bakery side
The morning viennoiseries, the desserts from the display and our crêpes and waffles are ordered in a few minutes. It's the ideal option for a breakfast delivered at the weekend, or to have the afternoon snack come to the office without leaving Targa.

It's our difference, and we don't hide it: before being a restaurant, Crusthy'lia is a bakery. Having a pizza delivered, plenty offer that in Marrakech; having a dessert made fresh that same morning delivered, that's rarer.
A coffee ordered with a slice of bakehouse cake, viennoiseries for the office, a box of treats to share at the weekend: that's exactly what the bakery store lets you bring all the way to Targa and beyond. And since everything comes from the same kitchen, you can also slip a dessert in at the end of an order placed on the restaurant side.
