Slow-fermented sourdough

Our starter is over two years old. Every loaf ferments for at least 18 hours – texture, flavour and crust that only time creates.

French pâtisserie, daily

Croissants, pain au chocolat and seasonal pastries laminated and baked each morning so the first customer gets the best bite.

Moroccan at heart
